Change what a cycle does with an account

POSThttps://sandbox.api.lendeasy.ai/v1/servicing/credit-reporting/accounts/{accountId}/postureImplementedBearer token ·MANAGE_SERVICING_FURNISHING

Sets an enrolled account to REPORT, DELETE, OMIT or BLOCKED with a stated reason, and the schema refuses OMIT on an account that has ever been furnished.
