WAIVE_LOANCHARGE | ADJUSTMENT_LOANCHARGEExecutes a governed charge command selected by the command parameter: waive forgives the outstanding amount, and adjustment corrects an assessed amount with a transaction date. Requires a LendEasy-Case header for human servicing calls when case management is enabled.
