Poll the borrower signal feed

Serves the at-least-once, keyset-paged feed of borrower-relevant LMS signals, newest first, with allowlisted kinds and payload fields. Consumers deduplicate on signalId and pass nextCursor to continue.

LendEasy-Tenant required in header	string	Opaque active LendEasy tenant-registry identifier. Supply exactly one instance; no alternate tenant selector is accepted.
cursor optional in query	string	Opaque keyset cursor from a previous page; malformed cursors are refused.
limit optional in query	integer	Maximum items to return; defaults to 50.
