Returns findings newest first with the open review task each one raised, defaulting to the work still open when no status filter is given.

Field	Type	Description
LendEasy-Tenant required in header	string	Opaque active LendEasy tenant-registry identifier. Supply exactly one instance; no alternate tenant selector is accepted.
category optional in query	string	Exact monitoring category. One of `DISASTER · MILITARY_SERVICE · MORTALITY · BANKRUPTCY · SANCTIONS`.
customerRef optional in query	string	Exact subject customer reference.
caseId optional in query	integer	Exact routed case ID.
status optional in query	string	Comma-separated finding statuses; defaults to OPEN,ROUTED. Only OPEN, ROUTED and ADJUDICATED are listable.
limit optional in query	integer	Maximum rows to return; defaults to 50.
offset optional in query	integer	Zero-based row offset; defaults to 0.
